City Scanners

Overwatch's autonomous robotic camera fleet that scans the population and gets up-to-date pictures of fugitives on the run, live. City Scanners can be found anywhere in or around City 17. While possessing no direct weapons, these 'bots blind targets with their over-sized camera flash, and when threatened with destruction, attempt to dive bomb their assailant in a suicide blast. Luckily, their anti-gravity propulsion emits a unique electronic hum that prevents them from sneaking up perfectly unnoticed.
