Black Mesa East

Black Mesa East is Doctor Sebastian Wolfe's recreation of the original Black Mesa Facility. Just on the outskirts of City 17, it serves as a temporary home for refugees fleeing the City. The main facility is a renovated hydroelectric dam power substation, with several floors of the building above and below the ground, with laboratories at the bottom.

Sebastian's Lab

Located at the heart of the bottom floor of Black Mesa East, Sebastian's Lab contains the only working quantum localization pad known to man. He runs a variety of tests here, focusing mostly on making a weapon that drew off entangled energy.

Judith's Lab

Connected to Sebastian's Lab, Judith's Lab focused on zero point energy and extremely high energy containment and generation.

Axel's Lab
Contains an impressive computer array that allows Alex to break through Union code and write hacks based on the enemies software.
