Personality and Traits(will be expanded on as character develops)
Michael Tyre exemplifies the traditional Russian values of honor and service, not only by being a metrocop but by staying loyal to his
Resistance allies despite the great risk to himself. While proud of his role in the resistance, but it always bothered him because he had to be disloyal to his fellow officers.
All CP officers occasionally have to undergo 'optional' memory replacement, to advance in their career and avoid suspicion of disloyalty or worse from the
Union. Michael has had to do the process multiple times, earning him the rank of Sergeant and his own posting, and four cops under him.
However, it came at a price. His replacement memories mixed and overwrote some of his real memories, leaving him confused and doubtful of his own intentions.
Tyre proved to be extremely determined, and in a tenacious struggle he was able to organize the two mindset - one of a devoted cop and one of loyal spy - and drift between them with ease. The result is better than recovery -it's weaponization. Tyre can slip from one state to another and could fool any advanced lie detector test, because on some level he believes it.
The obvious flip side is that keeping these two mindsets separate is extremely difficult, and in an instant where Tyre let his thoughts wander to much, he can slip and temporarily loose control and be taken by one of the two conflicting views in head.
This dual persona has earned him the nickname Shiva - the Hindu two faced destroyer of worlds. The rebellion uses this as a codename for him.
Combat Assets Tyre is a good marksman and well trained in urban combat, especially riot control and raid tactics, and Prisoner capture and capture. He has access to numeral weapon caches, gate codes, etc. Has access to and training in driving a Union APC.
Tyre has standard issue CP armor as well as the classic riot control and raid ready armament of a metrocop; a
USP Match 9mm, a
4.6x30mm MP7ue, and an electric stun batton.
